ive just changed the entire engine but not the carb and the new engine can barely keep itself running because the idle is to low. Ive checked the valves and read a lot online and i cant figure it out please help

try cleaning the jets in the carb,

Adjust the throttle stop screw...it's the large one

It can idle now but now it will not rev back down when i use the throttle
