hey i need help, anyone know a cheap place or can sell me a restrictor kit with certificate please ?

unfortunatly there is no such thing, you can get the kit for around £90, google "cheap33bhprestrictor" or something like that, but according to the local fuzz here, (aberdeen) you need to get a certificate, which isnt provided by that company, you cud get one and get a dyno showing its only producting 33bhp, but even still thats not 100% safe. i was arround £230 for the restrictor and the cert, which is complete gash - but as it is a nacecity, they can ramp the price up cos at the end of the day it still needs to get bought
