Hi there , Just joined up have recently aquired a XS1100 special with no left side cover and i have a CB750C as well. I see from a little search that the XS1100 side cover left is a bit of a bugger to replace.. I have a mate who has one with a side cover and as i already replicate some of the Honda CB750 customs and nighthawks side covers for sales on ebay i will try and borrow my mates one and replicate that too..

Aye, it is indeed.. bi tof a beast weight wise too.. Anyway, i managed to get a left side cover for it now, just been cleaning it up.. ready to go to painting....

It arrived painted matt black.. now back to virgin plastic again.. ready for fresh quality paint..before going to replicating..

I have now made the mould and am fine tuning(Polishing and cleaning) it ready to start making a couple of replicas from next week.

there's a guy at Stafford who remakes side covers. can't remember his name ATM
