Can anyone tell me what I'd need to do to put a considerably wider rear wheel/tyre on the back end. I'm currently unemployed so will have to go down the cheapest route. The bike pictured doesn't look road legal - no rear light/numberplate, but it could be on far side. Nothing involving bikes is really cheap and mods like that don't help your insurance premiums.
