hello all just joined , iv just started to restore two 650 turbo's got them as apair and will make one good one out of the two . the one im restoring is a 1982 model and has been standing since 1998 !

Congrats dude and welcome to the forum, I'm restoring a turbo myself, are you stripping one for parts?

yes m8 , im restoring the early one , how far u got on yours have you had it running ? ? have you got all the parts you need ?

iv stripped both bikes now so just goto go through all the parts and pick out the best bits ,exhausts are a night mare luckily have a complete full system that has no rust , and both turbos seem in good condition im gunna be ambitious and go for a 3 week turnaround
