Good day all!

Just picked up the Virago and was just looking to see if anyone had any input before I started tearing it apart. Here's the quick story;

Floods BAD on startup attempt. When it occasionally fires up, I have to hold the throttle wide open and it'll shoot fuel out of the exhaust.

It was improperly stored without stabilizing fuel in the tank and I think the carbs will need to be torn apart and cleaned thouroughly to remove varnish and/or gunk to regulate fuel flow properly.

Anyone think that that is the best place to start? Any other ideas?

It's been great riding weather here in Nova Scotia. I hope you are all enjoying the same.
