Does it not start even with the choke on full?

it will start on the choke from cold, its when u come to start it after a run, sometimes it will start first kick, othertimes about 10 kicks and it stinks of fuel like its flooding,i have noticed tho if you leave a few seconds b4 u shut the bike off or turn the ignition on and off if its being hard to kick start and leave it,it will start easily?

I know it might sound a bit obvious but im just checking. You dont use the choke to start it when the bikes warm do you?
