Hi guys

my mates dad is possibly selling one of these and i should get first offer of it

its J reg with 84000 on the clock it needs a bit of a tidy up

but nothing major it seems to run well other than the clutch needing bleed as has trouble down shifting(mates dad said he would fix that)..

just after any info with regards to pros and cons of the bike in general

and anything else i should be checking if i get the offer of it...

Just, with that milage, make sure the engine hasnt got any rattles or the like. Do you know if it had been serviced propperly and regularly?

far too many miles for my liking, i'd be thinking worn valve guides/seals pistons/bores/rings carb emulsion tubes etc etc etc

it doesnt sound like it rattles at all but dunno about any servicing its had i know hes only had it a short time but i can find out no probs

wouldn't pay more than £200 for it.

then just run it till it breaks and break it for parts.
