Yamaha Aerox 50 cutting out

hi i'm new to the forum and wanted to ask for advice on my Aerox,

The bike was running fine until one day it cut out and would not start again, so i removed the carb

and cleaned it thoroughly as well as the spark plug and could find no dirt in the carb or anything wrong with the spark plug so i replaced it all and tried to kick it and it started first time so i put all the fairing back on and went to ride away.....it cut out again.

i could not find the problem so i guessed it could be a fuel delivery problem so i checked it all and there was nothing wrong with it, and messed for a while with no luck and so i put it all together and tried again, to my surprise it started and ran fine so i thought id leave it running for a while all was fine, revved it and everything was perfect so i started putting the fairing back on and it just cut out and now wont start again, could this be a problem with the electrics as it cuts out when the lights are all reconnected?
