HI my names connor im new to the forum,

my 08 aerox 50 was running fine on first kick i repaired the waterpump because it was leaking and put new rollers in it wont start theres a white spark not too sure about compression.. kickstart only beacuse electric is broke my key barrel/ignition is very stiff to turn and loose could it be the cdi/immobiliser is turning on or something... im new to the bike stuff please help

does the kick start feel hard to kick? if its really easy then this could mean theres no compression or very little compression
