Drucifer007
Hello lads, Doing electrical on a 1976 xs 360. I may need to replace my coils. They're both showing around 9.2 for the primary coil (orange wire to plug lead), but showing zero for the secondary coils. (orange wire to red wire) Also the voltage regulator is way out of spec. Instead of showing 10.5 ohms resistance, I get 112.3 (red/black to brown wire) ohms. Another wonky number for (green wire to brown wire) measurement. 111 ohms. If I can only find 1977 coils or voltage regulators, will they do as well? Cheers, Drew

Drucifer007
Fantastic. Thanks for the help. I'll be chasing the volts today through the wiring diagram, but if I have to use some used ones, I can find them soon enough on ebay.
