Posted April 5, 201212 yr I just purchased a 1967 Yamaha YDS3. It was missing the battery. Does anyone know what model battery it takes. I know it is 6 volt.

April 6, 201212 yr Author Thanks for the info on the battery model. I am missing the battery and the small harness that attaches to the battery. I have a red wire (pos), black wire (neg). I also have a green plug and a brown plug in the battery area. The brown plug has a blue wire plugged into it. Does anyone know what plugs in to these wires? i have a manual coming. Just wondered where they attach. TIA.
