Revving to high when started checked throttle and its not that on twist throttle sticking any ideas wot it could be would be great

are you saying its revving too high and wont settle back down to idle but the throttle is closing fully?

Yeah throttle fully closed and won't idle

most likely cause is the crank seal magneto side, you may see evidence of petrol / oil in the magneto behind the cover?

Also check the condition of the carb to engine rubber duct and the tightness of the carb clamp
