HI!

I have got a little problem with my DT175, the battery seems to discharge itselfe, so i have to charge it about once og twice a week

I have tried meassuring the voltage coming out of the + and - from the wirering harness, without the battery on, and it says 14,6-15V, which is (according to the maunal) okay.

Anyone who knows what the problem might be ?

The battery is quite new, got it just before winter, but it saddly got left out a few weeks in the frost.

What rpm, any acid/water in the battery.

About 3000Rpm, and yes its a rather new battery, just filled it up.

16v at 3000rpm! Whats it making at 6000?

Where exactly are you in the world. I would check your info on that voltage, its generally checked at 5-6000rpm and 16v is high TBH.
