Posted March 4, 201213 yr Hello Fellow Bikers. Can anybody tell me if there is any differance in the running gear/electrics etc between a 1990 xj900f & a 1994 xj900f.The reason behind my Question is that iv'e just bought a 1990 xj900 bobber project but the engine is scrap very low compression on 3 cylinders.Not the end of the world as the frame has been superbly chopped & there are some great machined parts.So my idea is to buy a 93/94 pre-diversion & use all the good bits.but not sure if the parts are interchangeable.Any info would be fantastic.Also if anyone out there has a complete (must be tidy & mint running) xj900 for sale please let me know.Regards Mark.
