Bought a new battery and it turns over like a champ, but won't start or even sputter. I replaced the vacuum petcocks with manual ones, and have fuel at the carbs. Pulled the plugs and have bright blue spark. Another issue just discovered today is that the kick start just mysteriously quit working. Worked fine for the two weeks since I bought it, kicked it a couple times after I changed oil today, now nothing. The guy I bought it from insisted he rode it last summer.
