Posted March 16, 200520 yr hi anyone help me please.. jut got me 95 yzf750 started after winter layoff. started alright 4 a week then nowt. power from batt ok, lights & inds ok , all elec ok but still no start. changed the starter motor relay on the off chance, still nowt. any ideas would be appreciated..........cheers
March 20, 200520 yr Author When you press the start button, do any light on the dash come up? ignition light on only, had a full daty sorting on saturday and have managed to get started. looks like it was the ignition barrel itself....
March 20, 200520 yr I've had that happen to me. They seem to be a bit rubbish these yamaha ignitions:)
March 22, 200520 yr i had a problem with mine and i had to rip the carb out many times to clean it out and in the end all it was, was a faulty spark plug i slaved 7 hours on the dam thing cleaning it then when i went to ride it NOTHING!
