michael2525 Posted January 14, 2012 Posted January 14, 2012 hi a need help i have just rebuilt my dt 125 and when a turn the key on there is no spark from the spark plug but when i turn the key off there is a spark it has got me puzzled so if any1 can help Thank you michael

deetee65 Posted January 14, 2012 Posted January 14, 2012 sounds like bad earth somewhere , or most probably the main (key) switch knackered , have you checked the side stand switch ?
