Hi, I have only gone and bought the wrong throttle cable thinking it was the right one... Could anyone tell me the part number for this? Its off a 1982 model.

Thanks, Ollie.

If its just the inner thats gone as that inner looks to have a nasty bend in it just make one up then you know its the right one. Any probs on bowden cable supply p/m me or get a copy of old bike mart.

The end nipple on the end of the inner cable has got stuck in the metal part and I can't get it back out, I was hoping to buy A new one but can't seem to find them n anywhere.

Sorry, no luck on either sites. Can't seem to find them anywhere?

If the end nipple has got stuck just heat it up with a blow torch and it will dissintegrate itself ! Then measure up what you have left and make your new one.

Good idea trition john i'll have a go at that now :)

Yep, worked a treat! Heated it up, pulled the wire through then dipped the nipple in some solder and put it together again :)

Sorted then. Who needs a main dealer ? The old ways are the best !
