Hi, I heard you can cut open a stock exhaust to remove restrictors, does anyone have any info on this, for example whats inside and where to cut it open, or pictures would be helpful.

Thanks, but all i can seem to find is people saying that they have done this but not saying how, also i read of people cutting open the exhaust to find theres nothing in there, obviously i dont want to waste a perfectly good exhaust. Any help would be much apprieciated.

Chris the usual thing is to remove the cat, there will be a cat i think if theres a pipe sticking out the top of the header, you will need a good weler to tig the ehaust back together and be sure to mark it up properly before the cut...i'll see if i can find a post on it, Forum member Vez did it on his
