DT RE Chris
Hi, I heard you can cut open a stock exhaust to remove restrictors, does anyone have any info on this, for example whats inside and where to cut it open, or pictures would be helpful. Thanks, Chris

DT RE Chris
Thanks, but all i can seem to find is people saying that they have done this but not saying how, also i read of people cutting open the exhaust to find theres nothing in there, obviously i dont want to waste a perfectly good exhaust. Moderator Airhead Posted November 13, 2011 Moderator Share Posted November 13, 2011 Chris the usual thing is to remove the cat, there will be a cat i think if theres a pipe sticking out the top of the header, you will need a good weler to tig the ehaust back together and be sure to mark it up properly before the cut...i'll see if i can find a post on it, Forum member Vez did it on his
