Stumpydave Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 Having had my fill of near death brought about by the lacklustre bulb I got a 12v 35/35w halogen to replace it. Fitted it myself and everything ( for context, I'm the kind of bloke who can end up with spare screws and bits if I try anything mechanical). But now I'm having panic attacks that I've fitted it wrong - I did a scientific test called standing in front of the bike and looking at the headlight - it appeared more dazzling on dip than it did on high beam? My question is is it possible to fit the bulb upside down or are bike headlights pretty idiot proof?
Moderator Airhead Posted October 25, 2011 Moderator Posted October 25, 2011 Nah you need to stand on tiptoes for maximum dazzle on high beam
up.yours Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 my light has three spades and a connector block , thats on the rd andthe passola, infact pretty much all my bikes. if yours is the same, it's pretty much dickhead proof...
