kearnsy123 Posted October 19, 2011 Posted October 19, 2011 Wen i start my tdr in the mornings it klunks goin in2 1st gear after that its grand and doesnt happen wen its warmd up jst 1st in the morning .is dis normal ? Also how gud is the gearbox as i dnt want to do any damage etc . I recently dun a gear oil change . Any advise wud b great !

2 Wheels Posted October 20, 2011 Posted October 20, 2011 If you want it to stop happening or at least reduce the clunk you get in the morning Before you start the bike, select 1st or 2nd and give the bike a quick jerk. Then start as normal

Then start as normal or if you happen to live on a hill start the bike rolling before putting it in gear
