Seca 750 blinkers

I have a 1982 Yamaha XJ750 Seca. The turn signals light up, both front and rear, but don't flash. Sometimes at higher speeds they will flash but rarely. Any ideas?

There's a flasher relay located underneath the tank. You might want to check if it needs replacing...
