Posted September 5, 201113 yr hi all,i have a sachs roadster 125 which uses the xv125 engine. does anyone (paul white)have any idea regarding replacing the clutch, not had it out yet but the bite is right at the end aithough not slipping at all. any advice would be good . thanks craig
September 6, 201113 yr have you tried adjusting the cable? try that one 1st as its the easyest option, there should be an adjuster at the lever end and at the engine end. if the cable is fully extended and the bite is as close to the bar / or slipping then get a new cable cause they do streatch. if that dont work then il go through how to strip the engine to get to the clutch.
April 21, 201410 yr Hi Paul, I've been rebuilding an 02 Sachs Roadster XV from the ground up. And now wondering if you, or anyone else knows if a 250 engine will fit the frame? Thanks, Jus
April 23, 201410 yr Hi Airhead. Thanks for the reply. Yeah, Think the last Paul gave actually. Makes you wonder...? : S While I'm here, could you tell me how to start a new topic please?
