A dt 175 mx Problem.

Hi, I am rebuilding a dt 175 mx..it cost £370 and was pretty sound under all the oily mud :eusa_whistle:

My problem is the CDI unit (thats a square box with 7 wires coming from it, and has a rubber case) was where the tool kit should be..so i need to know where it should go as i can't see any obvious brackets.

Any advice much apreciated..Thanks Pete

From memory my last 175mx had the cdi located behind the right hand side panel nearest to the rear upright of the frame, although i think it varied with what year they were made.

I could be wrong, its 2 years since i sold the bike now and only have a bitsa bike now.
