Hi guys,

just purchased a really great xvs1300 2007 model with all the bells and whistles.

Ive noticed while riding that during gear changes (more so up shifting) that the blue high beam light pops on for a split second during the gear change. At night i see the lights flash high beam during the gear changes. I assume this is not normal for this bike. It has the extra spotties next to the headlight. Im thinking someone wired this up wrong even though it all works fine.

Any ideas ??

I've never heard of that... you can check the instructions to wire lamps here http://www.1300tourer.com/node/2345 failing that hopefully someone else here (or on the other site) may have an idea.
