Posted June 20, 201113 yr I bought a '00 DT230 just the other day. Found this site has a bit of info about them so here i am. The DT is my first Yamaha. Seems like a pretty solid piece of kit. Had a lot of fun on it already! It's good to get off the tarmac for a change. I have a few other bikes. A couple of V-twins, another single and a big old 70's Three pot smoker. I've been restoring and servicing my own machines and other friends bikes for many yrs now, so i may even be able to contribute from time to time. Im here mainly though to find out more about the DT230 for when it comes time for parts/maintenance etc.
