Just moving to the exhaust any ideas?

Sweet mate, bet that hammer causes a bit of discomfort,mind ;) is that the tool kit for it?

The hammer stopped the seat from flopping off backwards. I expect it will be a fun little bike. we toyed with a larger motor but was not sure the frame would take it. The frame has had all of the tabs etc removed, I weighed the frame and its 19 pounds the stock one that I have with all tabs still on is 27 pounds.

Today...

Rear wheel is laced up and ready to be trued

Rear sets are bolted up

Wiring is being put on and lengthened where needed

One side cover is polished

All of the shift assembly and brake assembly have been cleaned and polished up

Picked up the tank

Polished spoke nipples

Painted some stuff

Picked up a bunch of parts, heat shrink, connectors, replacement brake switches, another bunch of nuts and bolts and some other odds and ends...
