danzley0 Posted June 6, 2011 Posted June 6, 2011 just thought i heard my bike fuse when i tried to start it... turns out i have a rusty screw on my battery... just to warn you if you have this problem also
barkwindjammer Posted June 6, 2011 Posted June 6, 2011 Thats a great tip Danzley and often something overlooked when that sinking feeling happens and your bike refuses to start on the button-check for tightness and smear with vaseline to keep the corrosion at bay a great and cheap tip I learned from OG
danzley0 Posted June 6, 2011 Author Posted June 6, 2011 i just undid the battery to check it then got a small file in the end
Kelum Posted June 8, 2011 Posted June 8, 2011 what didnt you catch mate? Fused means mate? What was the rusty bolt thing?
danzley0 Posted June 8, 2011 Author Posted June 8, 2011 the rusty bolt was stopping the connection fused is when the fuse blows and prevents a connection like a short circuit
