DivvyRider Posted May 20, 2011 Share Posted May 20, 2011 Hi all, the names Paul and I'm an oldie returning to the world of two wheels, just bought a 94 xj600s, well pleased with it , good nick low mileage etc, sorted out some minor issues and its gone through its mot ok. Think it needs carb balance or valve clearence sorting, possibly both as its got a rattle on idle that go's after 1500rpm? wont hurt doing both in any case, not sure about tyres yet, its got avon roadrider on front and bt45 on back, think I'll spin them for a while to see how they go.
