wff255 Posted May 15, 2011 Share Posted May 15, 2011 Hi, I'm a new member with a DT100E that has been in our family for 25+ years. I spent lots of time riding it when I was a teenager (I'm 44 now) and sadly I've treated it poorly, leaving it outside for many years. I hasn't been ridden for almost 10 years. Last week I decided to strip it down to the bare frame and refurbish it from the wheels up. I'm not doing a totally "correct" restoration, but hope to transform it into a the good looking and riding machine it was 25 years ago. I'm looking forward to using this forum as a means to gather and share information and show a few pictures of the finished product when that time comes.
