I'm not new to Yamahas though as i've owned a few, in order (starting in 1983, shows my age mind )a 1977 Fs1E,1984 RD125Lc, RD80LC,XJ550,FZR1000EXUP,YZF-R1(1999) and most recently a 2006 50th anniversary R1 which i've owned from new and love it. I've also owned a GSXR750 and a Kawasaki ZX7R (which tried to kill me with an almighty tank slapper,so 1st and last Kwaka thanks ) the Suzuki was ok but I do like my Yamahas. I do track days and have done since 2000 and I must say that it is without a doubt the best fun I've ever had on 2 wheels... cheers for now, Paul.
