just some recent pics of the project :D still got to finish it off.....need to make fenders, exhaust bracket, and make a radiator guard ......but hopefully it will pass the mot at the end of this month and be on the road B)

since the last update iv made and fitted the seat, re-done the sissy bar, and sorted out the engine :D

Coming on nicely Paul, two things spring to mind though

That rad looks awfully vulnerable exposed to the throw from the front tyre?

That silencer is crying out for stubby'ising :rolleyes:

yeah i still need to build the radiator cover might do something a little fancy with a metal stone guard to make sure nothing is going to go through it . just need to get the wire mesh.

and im going to take the end can off after the mot and pop the decibel killer in there from the can. :D:D:D .......nice and loud.

the seat has got 2 bolts at the back which attach to a 3mm metal plate which is slightly bent then welded to the frame. at the front of the seat iv got a metal plate which attaches at the bottom of the tank (iv taken the original seat bracket off the underside of the tank.) the front of the seat bolts to the frame and also holds the tank on.
