Posted April 7, 201113 yr ive recently bought a 1986 fj 1200 and the antidive on the forks seems knackered id like to blank it off or remove it has anyone tried and succeeded in this problem my local garages dont want to know without some sort of directions from me needless to say my local yamaha dealer wont touch anything older than 5 years old
April 8, 201113 yr Its no problem to blank of the Anti dive, and just run straight hoses from master cylinder to calipers. An even better solution is to transplant a later model front end in. Adam.
