Posted April 6, 201114 yr Hi everyone. Found this site while looking for a manual for my SR250 (the greatest bike ever made!) Attempting my first bottom end rebuild so thanking you all in advance for a whole bunch of stupid questions.

The motor I've decided to fix is actually from a donor bike I bought. I've owned mine for about 5 years and can attest to the fact that they are indestructible. Here in South Africa they are the standard issue delivery/courier bike.
