April 4, 201114 yr Hi,would be gratefull if any one could answer the following questions as im buliding a small none xvs project bike but would like the classic rear fender shape. what are the dimensions of the rear fender and is it made of metal? cheers 1.its made from plastic 2.dont know the dimentions but it wraps round the wheel to about half way up the rim. so say its level with the swing arm for a rough guide
