DT 50 please help

Hello from Sunny New Zealand.

I have a 1992 DT 50. Got the bike with wiring stuffed up. I have managed to get all the wiring connected. So all the lights and indicator work now. But if I have the head light on and use the indicators all the light go dim and brit. Please can you give me some pointer as to what the issues could be?

    Dirty or tarnished connectors. Old loom (oxidised) dirty earth connections. Lots of cleaning and investigation needed

    Thanks, will start replacing all the connectors and clean up the harness where I can.
