yz 250 engine in a dt 125's frame

hi

i have got a 1996 yamaha dt 125 and i want to put a yz 250 engine in it. will the brackets fit? will the engine fit ?

    Why butcher a DT125R? If you want a YZ... get a YZ! And it's not as simple just changing the engine, you'd need to modify the frame (quite brutally and pointless), Better brakes front and rear.. Don't even bother unless you know what you're doing or know someone who can do it for you but for the sake of the cost... sell the DTR and get a YZ.. 96's fetch a good amount if in good condition and not completely abused (which i suspect this one to be).

    Sorry to be blunt but it's rather obvious.
