Hello all, I've just bought myself a cheap run around, it has a custom paint job on the tank.... someone has painted by hand a beautiful lady on the tank of this Yamaha FJ1200 1993.

Does anyone know who may have done it (Long shot I know) and has it ever been owned by someone here on the forum.

Cool tank, don't know anything about it, but I'd never have guessed that the picture of the custom tank was the same bike as the FJ in the next picture.

Cheers, not the best looking FJ out there but she's tax'ed and tested and I must admit ride very well, loads of usable power and comfortable

Nothing wrong with an old FJ1200, big comfy mile crunchers, the one pictured looks very tidy, just not a bike I'd assosiate with a custom paint job.
