I just started restoring a 1983 IT250K and have a couplke questions, I'm hoping someone can help me with.

1) Does anyone know the torque spec for the head bolts?

2) Does anyone know of an epoxy or something I can use to fix the plastic gas tank? It has a small crack.

Dt250 torque settings head bolts = 10mm bolts 25-30lbs /ft [4.2 -4.5kg/m]

8mm bolts 15-18 lbs/ ft. [2.0 kg-2.5kg]

plenty plastic patch for tanks on E,bay.
