February 19, 201114 yr Moderator 4.5 amp is way too high for a m/c battery. look for a trickle 1/2 amp, if the first one does it then your ok.

February 19, 201114 yr Moderator ask the seller what ampage it charges at. Its obviously not an optimate, which will monitor the battery, but for a 6v battery. why don't you just buy a new battery? can't be that much!
