Does anyone know who can issue a dating letter for registration purposes?

Bikes basically an RZ350K frame number or 33E 04128

Called Yamaha Motors UK.

Yes they will issue a dating certificate - just send a cheque for £50.00.

These people really do take the biscuit, still at least I get the cert but it does get my gander up when these peoplke are so happy to fleece their customers.
