Greetings from Denmark,

I am renovating a Yamaha DT80 LC for my son and I have found a big bore cylinder without a piston.

The bore is 57mm which makes it 110cc I think.

Can anyone tell me wher I can find a piston for it?

I think you will find the big bore for the 80 uses a 125 piston on the 80cc crank.

Try speaking to these people PJME they stock all the quality piston brands and do nothing other than bike engines.

If they don't know they will be able to help.

Is that just a longer skirt, if the deck height is the same,(height from gudgeon pin ctr to top of piston) and the ports aren't too long. Ie they don't drop too far then it you could just trim the required amount of metal from the piston.
