Hi all, just bought a 1996 xj600 diversion and though can manage it ok would prefer if it was slightly lower. Is it possible to lower this model and if so, how easy is it to modify?

There is no 'off the shelf' solution to lowering the 'divvy', I read somewhere that the monoshock from an R6 can be fitted with a bit of faff and these are shorter-but only by millimeters, if you know a good fabricator they may be able to do something with the shock mount-this would be even more faff, I have also heard of the seat foam being trimmed or a new seat being fabricated to shave an inch off the 'arse height'-butt, why waste the 'settee' of a seat thats on there already-the short arse answer is no-not really
