Just got a preliminary hearing date for my case against Telewest, I hopw to do them some serious PR damage and extract some due dinera....

Anyone got some training in such areas, I'm trying to understand some things..

May not be of any use to you but I'm a trained advocate for ET's and hold an NVQ level 3 in Employment Law and Industrial Tribunals.

Ask away, I'm sure I'll be able to give some advice.

Had one of those long meetings with the legal man tonight.

All is on course, we have to resubmit the tribunal application and concentrate on the unfair dismissal and also focus on the PI claim which, interestingly, has an uncapped award value.

All is looking good again It#s just that this thingis taking ages !

Took 5 hours today to re-write my witness statement.

The current plan is to focus the attack in on 2 key points that I have a great deal of written material in support of my claim.

Telewest broth is being prepared, gonna stew 'em good and proper.
