Just got a preliminary hearing date for my case against Telewest, I hopw to do them some serious PR damage and extract some due dinera.... All is on course, we have to resubmit the tribunal application and concentrate on the unfair dismissal and also focus on the PI claim which, interestingly, has an uncapped award value. All is looking good again It#s just that this thingis taking ages ! Alex - we have been getting a few scumbags crawling in here recently, sorry about that. The current plan is to focus the attack in on 2 key points that I have a great deal of written material in support of my claim. Telewest broth is being prepared, gonna stew 'em good and proper.
