Hi there i have a 96 thundercat and i have tried bleeding the brakes through but it looks like there might have been a second nipple on the front caliper. I was wondering if anyone knows if there would be on the standard calpier???

there is definately only one bleed nipple ( I assume you have the standard Blue spot calipers ). If your having trouble bleeding them try setting up a syringe to draw the fluid down rather than pumping it through.
