a gay, guy up north is selling an old ish, moped.

it's been in't garage un sorn but often used for many years.

he got it off a mate who it is registered too about two/three years ago.

it has a reg plate matching the frame/engine ect.

but he doesn't have the paper work,

iff i buy it, what do i need to do to put it on the road.
