any one any idea how i plug the power valve servo into the bike on a 1989 bike? i hav looked high and low for the plug and come ti the conclussion the bike doesnt have the plug so any one have any ideas how i get my power valve to work?the power valve motor ive got has a 4 pin plug and a seperate wire and from the wiring diagram all go to the cdi unit ,my bike has a spare plug with black and brown wires and another single wire,any ideas how to wire up this motor?

Hi,

You also need a powervalve controller which plugs into the CDI. The servo then plugs into the controller. On later models the controller and CDI were integrated. A controller off a TZR250 will work and are perhaps a little easier/cheaper to get hold of. Hope this helps,
